Day 1: February 17, 2025 – Arrival and Opening Celebration
Your adventure begins with a warm welcome. We’ll assist you at Istanbul International Airport and Sabiha Gokcen International Airport. Expect help at two schedules: 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM Turkish time. If you arrive before or after these times, please note that assistance will not be available.
After checking in at the Golden Tulip Bayrampasa, join us for the Opening Ceremony and Gala Dinner on a Bosphorus Cruise at 4:00 PM Turkish time. Get ready to meet fellow delegates and enjoy a night of celebration as we kick off the summit.

Day 2: February 18, 2025 – Summit Discussions and Panels
Dive into the heart of the summit with international discussions and panel sessions. Gather in one hall to connect with influential speakers and engage in discussions focused on our key Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This is your chance to explore global issues and collaborate on innovative solutions.
Day 3: February 19, 2025 – Project Presentations and Awards
Showcase your creativity! On this day, you’ll join a project group based on your chosen SDG. Work with 10-15 other delegates to create and present a social project. Each group will elect a leader to guide the project. In the evening, celebrate achievements at the Awarding Night, where standout projects will be recognized.
Day 4: February 20, 2025 – Farewell and Departure
As the summit wraps up, we’ll assist you with departures from both Istanbul International and Sabiha Gokcen Airports at 12:00 PM. Remember, airport assistance is only available for delegates arriving on February 17 and departing on February 20. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.
