Impact West Africa Fellowship program 2024 is a fully funded fellowship program organized in collaboration with the Aspen Global Innovators group in Senegal, West Africa for individuals from across the world without any age limit. It is a 12-month-long training program developed in a hybrid format which majorly includes virtual training and mentorship sessions and two in-person meetings in Senegal. Participants can continue to work in their organizations in their home countries throughout the year while attending online fellowship sessions for 10-15 hours per month. They will just have to travel twice for some days to participate in the in-person meetings of the program during September 2024 and Jan/Feb 2025.

Applicants applying should:
- Be a citizen of any West African country.
- Be committed to working for issues that are affecting the West African region.
- Have access to internet connectivity.
- Be able to attend the complete fellowship program.
- Have a support letter from their organization.
- Have a good leadership record in business or entrepreneurship.
