Eligibility Criteria
To apply, you must:
- Be a government official or public sector employee from an eligible KOICA partner country
- Have at least two years of relevant work experience for a master’s program
- Have at least three years of work experience after graduating from a KOICA Master’s Degree Program if applying for a PhD
- Hold a bachelor’s degree for master’s studies or a master’s degree for doctoral studies
- Be in good physical and mental health
- Be preferably under 40 years of age
