Internship Details

The Customer Service Internship is a full-time role located in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya. This position offers a salary range of Rp 2.700.000 – Rp 4.000.000 per month. If you are a fresh graduate with internship experience, this role can help you develop valuable skills in the beauty industry.

Requirements

To apply for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Fresh graduates are welcome (internship experience is a plus).
Minimum Diploma (D3) from any major.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
A team player but also able to work independently.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Intern, you will:

Provide outstanding customer service through multiple platforms, including live chat, WhatsApp, social media, and email.
Resolve customer complaints by offering effective solutions within the given time limit.
Apply problem-solving skills to address and manage customer issues efficiently.
Respond to customer and reseller inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
