- Marketing: Help bring global Nestlé brands to life. Work with fast‑paced brand management teams. Note: Open to all graduate majors.
- Human Resources: Be a strategic partner shaping people’s agenda. Learn talent management, employee relations, rewards, learning programs. Note: Open to any major.
- Finance: Liaise with customers and suppliers, optimise trade and consumer investments. Develop understanding in accounting and finance operations. Note: Prefer graduates in finance or accounting.
- Supply Chain: Manage supply‑demand planning, warehousing, logistics. Solve real challenges to serve customers. Note: Prefer engineering graduates.
- Technical: Work at factories on process, maintenance, safety, productivity. Use advanced technology in product production. Note: Prefer engineering or food science background.
- IT: Support digital projects, data analytics, ERP systems, automation. Help deliver IT solutions that drive business value. Note: Prefer information technology or system information majors.
Phases of the Program
- Onboarding: You get full in‑house training. You learn Nestlé values, principles and business conduct.
- Immersion: You gain exposure to the full value chain. You rotate through functions and business units to see how Nestlé operates end‑to‑end.
