Collaborate with the Marketing team to implement telemarketing campaigns.

Provide feedback to improve telemarketing strategies.

Required Criteria

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

A vocational high school graduate, college student, or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Strong interest in customer service, call center operations, telemarketing, or sales.
Excellent communication skills with a clear and confident voice.
Target-oriented, responsive, and eager to learn.
Proficient in office applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Google Meet.
Capable of handling telephone interactions and administrative tasks.
Residing in Bandung and willing to work from the office.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
