Internship Overview
The Creative Services and Photo department at WWE is a dynamic team of over 70 professionals, including graphic designers, copywriters, producers, and photographers. This team creates compelling campaigns and designs that reflect WWE’s larger-than-life Superstars and global brand.
The Project Management Intern will play a key role in supporting various internal departments. Responsibilities include managing projects through design, approval, and production phases, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and troubleshooting production issues. Additionally, the intern will stay updated on WWE programs, characters, and storylines to align creative efforts with the brand’s vision.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, while knowledge of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, or Photo Mechanic is a plus. Strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities are essential.
Program Details
WWE’s internship program spans 12 weeks, running from May 19th to August 8th, 2024. Interns will work 40 hours per week, gaining exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry. The program also includes:
- Welcome and farewell sessions.
- A speaker series featuring WWE leaders.
- Career training workshops on resume building, interviewing, and networking.
Recruitment Process
The application process consists of four steps:
- Application Submission: Candidates must submit a resume and a 300-word document explaining their interest in the role, unique qualities, and learning goals.
- Recruiter Interview: Selected candidates will participate in a 30-minute video interview.
- Hiring Manager Interview: Finalists will meet with the hiring manager and team members.
- Offer or Decline: Successful candidates will receive an offer call.
