Job Descriptions:
Digital Marketing Division: As part of our Digital Marketing team, you’ll dive into the world of online promotion. You’ll create engaging content, manage our social media platforms, and analyze digital campaigns to ensure we reach our audience effectively. This role will give you hands-on experience with SEO, content creation, and digital advertising.

Training and Development (T&D) Division: In the T&D division, you’ll play a crucial role in designing and delivering training programs. You’ll work closely with our team to develop educational materials, organize workshops, and track participant progress. This position will enhance your skills in curriculum development, public speaking, and program management.

Eligibility:
- Must be an Indonesian Citizen
- Willing to commit to a one-year remote internship program
- Ready to serve as a committee member for YBB Programs for a year

- Prepared to perform effectively in demanding circumstances
