Bangkok, Thailand – Registration is now officially open for the Youth Academic Forum (YAF) 2025, an international academic event organized by the Youth Break the Boundaries (YBB) Foundation. The event will take place on 8–11 December 2025 in Bangkok, Thailand, and invites youth from around the world to showcase their research, innovation, and interdisciplinary ideas on a global stage.
What is YAF 2025?
YAF 2025 is not just a conference—it is a global platform for young scholars, changemakers, and professionals to share academic work, engage in international discourse, and collaborate across cultures.
Participants will explore research-driven solutions to today’s most pressing global issues, through academic presentations, global panels, networking forums, and publication opportunities.

Fully Funded Program (Limited Quota)
YAF 2025 offers a limited number of fully funded spots covering:
- Hotel accommodation for 4 days and 3 nights
- Meals during the program
- Local transportation
- Program materials
Note: Visa and flight are not covered, please refer to guidelines for more details.
The fully funded program is based on reimbursement. Selected delegates must complete registration first; if chosen as a fully funded participant, the payment will be reimbursed. If not selected, participants will automatically become self-funded delegates without needing to pay additional fees or re-register.
To apply for the fully funded track:
- Submit an abstract by 31 August 2025
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview
- Finalists must submit a full paper later in the process
