Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be between 15 and 40 years of age.
- Open to all academic disciplines and nationalities.
- Applicants should not have any criminal record or extremist affiliations.

- Click the “Sign In” button on the navigation bar.
- Select “Sign Up Here” at the bottom of the page.
- Complete the form with your email, full name, and password.
- Agree to the privacy policy and submit the form.
- Verify your email via the link sent to your inbox (check spam if needed).
- Once verified, log in to the website to finalize your registration.
Fully Funded Participation
Fully funded opportunities are limited and cover the program fee only. This includes a 4-day/3-night hotel stay, meals three times a day, a program kit, and airport transfer support. It does not include flight tickets or visa costs.
To qualify for fully funded:
- Register and submit your abstract by December 31, 2024.Â
- Submit a full paper by the period of November 20-December 31, 2024Â
- Participate in an interview on March 8–9, 2025 if you are accepted to join in an interview for fully funded candidateÂ
- Successful candidates will be notified by March 31, 2025..
Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Maximum length: 250 words.
- Must outline the topic, objectives, and significance of your research.
- References should be cited appropriately.
- Selected applicants must submit a full paper by December 31, 2024.
