Youth Break the Boundaries Successfully Hosts the Second Middle East Youth Summit

Youth Break the Boundaries is proud to announce the successful hosting of the second Middle East Youth Summit, which took place from September 19th to 22nd, 2023, at the Anjum Makkah Hotel and Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Al Naseem, Makkah Al Mukarromah. This prestigious event was attended by young Muslims from 11 different countries and featured several distinguished guests, all dedicated to expanding networks and collaborating for a better future.

The Middle East Youth Summit is a platform designed for young Muslims from diverse backgrounds and countries, aimed at strengthening collaboration, promoting cross-cultural understanding, and inspiring real-world actions that will bring positive change to Muslim communities and the world at large.

Some of the notable guests who graced the event include:

  1. Badrus Sholeh, MA., Ph.D, Cultural and Educational Attaché at the Indonesian Embassy in Riyadh.
  2. Joneri Alimin, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Indonesia to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).
  3. Muhammad Luthfi Hidayat S.Pd.Si., M.Pd., Lecturer at the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and PhD Candidate at King AbdulAziz University.

The four-day event facilitated in-depth discussions, workshops, and dialogues that brought together the perspectives of youth from various nations. These young individuals shared their experiences and formulated concrete steps to enhance collaboration among Muslim youth in various fields.

Chairman of the Middle East Youth Summit, Aldi Subakti, expressed his hopes, saying, “We aspire for the Middle East Youth Summit to serve as a bridge for young Muslims worldwide to collaborate and take tangible actions for a better future, especially within the broader context of Muslim communities.”

Through this event, Youth Break the Boundaries remains committed to encouraging young Muslims to unite, overcome differences, and collectively build a better world. We extend our gratitude to all the young participants, distinguished guests, and partners who contributed to the success of the second Middle East Youth Summit.
