10th Edition of the Istanbul Youth Summit 2027 Finally Open for Registration

Istanbul, Türkiye – Youth Break the Boundaries (YBB) proudly announces the opening of registration for the 10th Edition of the Istanbul Youth Summit (IYS) 2027, a prestigious international youth program that brings together young leaders from around the world to collaborate, innovate, and create sustainable solutions for global challenges.

Celebrating a decade of empowering future changemakers, the summit will take place from 25–28 January 2027 in Istanbul, Türkiye, under the theme:

“Beyond a Decade: Youth Leading the Future Through Innovation, Inclusion, and Sustainable Impact”

As one of YBB’s flagship international programs, Istanbul Youth Summit serves as a platform where youth from diverse backgrounds unite to develop innovative social projects aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

About the Program

The Istanbul Youth Summit (IYS) is an international social project competition dedicated to empowering youth to become active contributors in building a sustainable future.

At the heart of the summit is the International Social Project Competition, where participants work in multicultural teams to design and present impactful solutions addressing global issues.

Projects are connected to selected Sustainable Development Goals, including:

1. SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being
2. SDG 4: Quality Education
3. SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
4. SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities
5. SDG 13: Climate Action
6. SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions

Through collaboration, mentorship, and international exposure, participants strengthen essential leadership skills such as critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and cross-cultural understanding.

Who Can Apply?

The program is open to:

1. Individuals aged 15–40 years old
2. All nationalities
3. All educational and professional backgrounds
4. Individuals with a strong interest in leadership and social impact
5. Applicants willing to collaborate with diverse youth from around the world
6. Individuals not affiliated with extremist organizations
7. Applicants with no criminal record
8. No IELTS or TOEFL certificate is required.
