What is MTCP Scholarship?
MTCP (Malaysian Technical Cooperation Program) is a scholarship program fully sponsored by the Malaysian Government. This program is part of Malaysia’s commitment to share development experiences and technical knowledge with other developing countries.
This scholarship is intended for citizens from developing countries, who wish to pursue a master’s degree (S2) at leading universities in Malaysia. Through this program, scholarship recipients will have the opportunity to broaden their academic knowledge, enhance their professional skills, and strengthen international relations in the spirit of South-South cooperation.

Eligibility Requirements
- Not more than 45 years old
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.00/equivalent or obtain a Second Class Upper (Honours) degree at the previous S1 level
- Able to speak English, proven by an official certificate of English language proficiency such as IELTD (minimum total score of 6) and TOEFL IBT (minimum score limit of 60,
