Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Have approximately five to ten years of professional experience with demonstrated achievements at the local, regional, or international level.
- Represent countries in the Global South, including developing nations across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America or the Caribbean.
- Demonstrate strong English language proficiency.
- Be available to participate in all program components, including two in-person sessions and five virtual sessions.
- Commit to working collaboratively on a group project.
Although there is no formal age limit, preference will be given to younger professionals.
