Eligibility Criteria of the ADB Young Professionals Program 2025:
- A university degree in fields like economics, finance, business, engineering, law, or similar disciplines.
- A postgraduate degree is an advantage but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in areas such as climate change, economics, banking, education, energy, or public health.
- A PhD can be accepted in place of work experience.
- International experience related to ADB’s operations is beneficial.
- Applicants must be 32 years or younger at the time of joining.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English.
