Knight Hennessy Scholarship Program 2025 in the USA | Fully Funded

Knight-Hennessy scholars develop deep domain expertise in their Stanford graduate program, and build on this domain expertise through exposure to a wide range of disciplines and cultures within the Knight-Hennessy Scholars (KHS) community. Scholars participate in the King Global Leadership Program (KGLP), which includes workshops, lectures, projects, and experiences that strengthen transformational leadership capabilities. Through KGLP, scholars collaborate and prepare to address important challenges and opportunities facing the world, such as climate change, healthcare, government and policy, and education.

Course Level:

• The KHS scholarship program is available for every graduate program not limited to only  JD, MA, MBA, MD, MFA, MS, DMA, and PhD programs, as well as joint- and dual degrees.

Knight-Hennessy Scholarship Duration:

• The duration of the scholarship is up to 3 years.

Knight-Hennessy Scholarship Benefits:

• The scholars will receive a funding grant for up to three years from the time of admission and selection.
• A stipend to cover tuition and associated fees
• A living stipend will be paid.
• A living and education stipend will be paid which will cover room and board, books, academic supplies, instructional material, local transport costs, and reasonable personal expenses.
• An economy class return ticket to and from Stanford will be given annually.
•  A one-time relocation stipend
• A supplementary grant will be provided to enrich educational insight through conferences and travel.
• If the scholars choose summer research projects as additional learning, they will be given a special summer grant for the course.

Eligibility Criteria of the Knight-Hennessy Scholarship Program 2025:

• Graduates from every nationality, ethnicity, gender, or age can apply for the scholarship.
• To be eligible for the scholarship, the applicant must be enrolled and accepted in a full-time Stanford graduate degree program.
• The applicant must be a newly enrolled student in a graduate program.
• The applicant must have earned a bachelor’s degree in January 2018 or later.
• In the case of applicants who are from the US military (active or veteran), their degree must be earned in January 2015 or later.
• The applicant must fulfill these three criteria: 1) Independence of thought 2) Purposeful leadership 3) Civic Mindset.
• TOEFL is accepted by all the Stanford graduate programs. However, the MBA program also accepts IELTS and PTE.
