About the Fellowship
Organized by the Taiwan Alliance in International Development (Taiwan AID), this fellowship aims to provide 12 selected professionals from Asia with the opportunity to engage directly with Taiwanese NGOs. Participants will be placed with local organizations, attend structured training sessions, and build long-term relationships with social change advocates from Taiwan and beyond.

What’s Covered?
This fellowship is fully funded by Taiwan AID and includes:
1. Round-trip airfare from your home country to Taiwan
2. Shared accommodation for the entire program duration
3. Daily meals

5. Daily allowance during the 3-week NGO placement
6. 4-day orientation and training by local NGO mentors.

Key Fellowship Activities

Who Can Apply?
This program is open to NGO professionals from South and Southeast Asia, including Indonesia. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Aged between 25 and 40 years old
2. Have at least 3 years of experience in NGO or civil society work
3. Actively engaged in social issues in their communities
4. Able to commit full-time to the 1-month program in Taiwan
5. Proficient in English (spoken and written)
