SISTECH (Sisters in Tech) is an annual mentorship program organized by RISTEK, the Faculty of Computer Science at Universitas Indonesia, specifically designed to empower young women who want to grow in the tech industry. Whether you’re a beginner or a professional seeking direction, SISTECH is ready to guide you forward.

SISTECH 2025 offers two main programs tailored to different needs: the Career Coaching Program and the Portfolio Program. The Career Coaching Program is perfect for those already in the workforce but feeling uncertain about their tech career path. You’ll receive personal guidance from experienced mentors who will help you gain clarity, confidence, and growth.
The Portfolio Program is ideal for those starting in tech but unsure how to begin. In this program, you’ll gain hands-on technical skills and build a real portfolio to kickstart your career.

A Proven Program
Since its launch in 2022, SISTECH has received over 1,900 applicants from across Indonesia and mentored 155 selected participants through its intensive program. Many alumni have gone on to build successful careers in leading tech companies.
