Muhammad Luthfi Hidayat, a lecturer at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta (UMS), delivered an inspirational message to young participants from 11 countries attending the Middle East Youth Summit (MEYS). The event, held in the heart of Makkah Al Mukarromah, aimed to encourage dynamic involvement of Muslim youth worldwide.
Mr. Hidayat, currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) of Information Systems at King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, emphasized the importance of being proactive, solution-oriented, and dynamic while living life as a Muslim. He urged the youth to take pride in their Muslim identity and view Islam as a source of blessings for the entire universe.
“Be dynamic, proactive, and solution-oriented youth who contribute to humanity while maintaining pride in being a Muslim. The precious heritage of Islamic civilization is a concept of “blessings to the world (rahmatan lil-elameen) ,” Mr. Hidayat stated.
His message resonated positively with the audience, inspiring them to embrace their roles as dynamic Muslim youth actively engaging with the world and seeking solutions to global challenges. His academic achievements and dedication to advancing education in technology while promoting Islamic values reflect the harmony between faith and science progress.
