About the Program
The Ri’aya Young Adult Stewardship Program is designed to equip young Muslim women with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become ethical and impactful leaders in today’s rapidly changing world.
The program combines specialized academic courses, leadership workshops, mentorship sessions, field visits, and community development projects. Through these activities, participants will explore the historical development of Muslim societies, contemporary social and political issues, and emerging global trends such as artificial intelligence, climate change, food security, and political conflict.
By bringing together participants from diverse cultural backgrounds, the program also encourages intercultural dialogue and strengthens global networks among future Muslim women leaders.

Eligibility Criteria

- Be Muslim female high school seniors or university students
- Be between 17 and 22 years old

- Submit academic transcripts with no failing grades
- Provide parental or guardian consent
Candidates from low- to middle-income backgrounds or conflict- and disaster-affected regions are especially encouraged to apply.
