Position Overview: Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant role focuses on supporting the Individual Markets team. The responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating travel, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate multiple schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure calendars remain up to date.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel according to leaders’ preferences.
- Document Preparation: Assist with creating and editing presentations, meeting notes, and reports.
- Event Planning: Support department events, such as Town Halls and offsite meetings, by securing venues, booking accommodations, and coordinating with vendors.
- Expense Reporting: Prepare and manage expense reports for leaders.
- Meeting Organization: Book conference rooms, arrange catering, and ensure AV setup for major meetings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior leaders’ assistants and other team members to handle additional projects.
Qualifications for the Role
Global Atlantic is looking for candidates who demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude. The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- At least three years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with Zoom and SharePoint.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
