The Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has again launched an annual international scholarship program entitled Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Scholarship (KSAS) 2025, a fully funded scholarship program for international students from over 160 countries worldwide. This program offers free study opportunities at various top universities in Saudi Arabia, ranging from diploma (S1) to undergraduate (S2), master’s (S2), and doctoral (S3) levels.
This initiative is part of Saudi Arabia’s vision to strengthen global relations in higher education and promote science centers in the Middle East region. Not only providing access to education, KSAS also serves as a bridge for cultural diplomacy and human resource development between countries.
Free Scholarship, No Arabic Language Requirement, Widely Open
One of the main attractions of KSAS 2025 is its very inclusive and free nature. Registration is free of charge, and applicants are not required to have the ability to speak Arabic. For foreign students, a one-year Arabic preparation program will be provided before entering the core studies.
The program is open to all majors, except health programs such as medicine and nursing, which are mostly only for Saudi citizens. However, hundreds of other program options are available in the fields of science, technology, humanities, education, and Islam.

General Terms and Conditions for Registration
Applicants must be between 17–25 years old for undergraduate programs, under 30 years old for master’s programs, and under 35 years old for doctoral programs. Applicants must also have relevant degrees and demonstrate a good academic record. English language proficiency is required for programs that use English as the medium of instruction, but not all programs require TOEFL/IELTS.
Registration is done directly to the collaborating universities of choice, and applicants are advised to check the official portal of each university because each campus has different technical provisions and registration deadlines.
