2026 NGO Fellowship Program in Taiwan | International Fellowship for NGO Professionals

YBB – The 2026 NGO Fellowship Program in Taiwan is now open for applications. Organized by the Taiwan Alliance in International Development (Taiwan AID), this prestigious fellowship welcomes NGO professionals from South Asia, Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia, and the Pacific Islands who are committed to creating meaningful social impact.

Moreover, this fully on-site fellowship offers a unique combination of NGO placement, capacity-building workshops, roundtable discussions, and future project collaboration opportunities. As a result, fellows will strengthen their professional skills while building long-term regional partnerships.

About the 2026 NGO Fellowship Program

The Taiwan AID Fellowship Program 2026 is designed for experienced NGO professionals who want to expand their expertise and collaborate with Taiwanese civil society organizations.

Throughout the fellowship, participants will work directly with NGOs in Taiwan based on their professional background. In addition, they will join workshops, field visits, and collaborative sessions that focus on strengthening nonprofit leadership and project impact.

Furthermore, the program supports future cooperation by encouraging fellows to propose project ideas that can be implemented in their home countries.

  • Advocacy and policy engagement

Additionally, participants will visit civil society sites across Taiwan to gain practical insights.

Roundtable Event

On the sixth day, fellows will join a roundtable event with Taiwanese NGO professionals.

This session allows participants to exchange:

  • Field experiences
  • Best practices
  • Current sector challenges
  • Regional development perspectives

Consequently, fellows can broaden their understanding of nonprofit work across Asia and the Pacific.
